Composite Resin

Composite filling materials are made from a mixture of resins and ceramics. They come in a wide range of colours and can be matched to natural teeth. Modern bonding agents link the material to the tooth. This prevents leakage and supports the restored tooth. This technique can be used to restore broken down teeth in the front or back of the mouth and to replace existing metal fillings. It can also be used to cover discoloured and misshapen teeth to improve their appearance. This can often be done with no drilling or grinding of the teeth.

Composite resin can offer a minimally invasive method of changing the appearance of your teeth often without the need of any drilling or anaesthetic.
